We are dedicated to breaking menstrual taboos and promoting menstrual health and hygiene awareness. In corporate settings, we conduct impactful sessions aimed at fostering a more inclusive and empathetic workplace culture. What we do centers around raising awareness and educating employees about menstrual health and creating an inclusive environment by conducting sessions that include both men and women, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in conversations about menstrual health.
We advocate for menstrual-friendly workplace policies and help organizations build respectful, supportive environments for all employees.

How we do it is what makes our approach truly transformative. It involves conducting engaging discussion-based sessions tailored to the corporate audience. We promote empathy through experience by using period pain simulators, allowing participants (male) to experience menstrual cramps. This approach helps in building respect and understanding among colleagues. We design interactive activities and games specifically to engage diverse audiences creating safe, respectful spaces to learn, unlearn, and talk about menstruation without discomfort. Our sessions are led by trained facilitators who guide conversations with sensitivity and credibility.
Over the years, we have partnered with a diverse range of respected companies to bring menstrual health awareness and inclusivity into the workplace. We have conducted corporate sessions with leading organizations such as Renault Nanavati, Titan, Amway, Snapdeal, Procter & Gamble (P&G), Courtyard Marriott, Dava India, Future Generali and others, helping them build more informed, inclusive, and empathetic workplaces.
